Tras una larga espera se editó finalmente Two Nights In North America, el documento de las presentaciones en vivo de Hammer Of The Gods, el tributo a Led Zeppelin en el que participaron Mike Portnoy (Dream Theater), Daniel Gildenlöw (Pain Of Salvation), Dave LaRue (Dixie Dregs) y Paul Gilbert (Mr. Big, Racer X).

El material se editó como CD doble y como DVD, y se puede conseguir en la tienda de la página oficial de Portnoy.
